With Kinnear and Orta setting the scene that we're not going to spend in Jan and Bielsa known for wanting players to go through his training and meet fitness metrics before being allowed to play, what are our options?
Club say if Eddie goes then we'll replace, that doesn't sound like we have confidence in U23 strikers.

this is what we have once you look past Bamford, Eddie and Roberts.
I guess you could potentially play Costa up top, but if we think these are the players to see us through then why have we not included them in squads and given them some match time?
Maybe we can exercise a recall clause for Jay Roy Grot.

I'm hopeful that with Arteta becoming manager at Arsenal, we'll have a better chance at retaining Eddie.
With him being Pep's right hand man for so long
I'm sure he's heard good things about MB from Pep.
If MB can guarantee them he'll actually play Eddie,
and all agree he should stay, he could be massive
for us during the run-in and immediately.
Fingers crossed he stays.

Then again will he get a game at any other top six club if their striker is doing well?

Harrison can also play striker.
Dont forget Pawel Cibicki and Rafa Mujica in addition to Grot who could get recalled and shoot us to the top

Niklas Haugland
Henri Kumwanda
both have played a tiny bit of U23s this season.
Cant see Bielsa suddenly starting any of them in the absence of Bamford and an Eddie loan recall.
Costa/Harrison would play as striker.
Absolutely agree we are light and need additions.
