Even though, I thought they were best side first half, they didn’t create anything much, so one nil was about right for me.

They strangled us.

Second half, if we’d have scored early, we’d have won game.

But we desperately need a signing or two.

A boost if for nothing else

I was amazed at the stats in the paper today. We had 70% possession and made 498 passes to their 211. Yet it seemed much different - especially that first 30 mins.

As LIW said they stifled us. They also out pressed us and hurried us into mistakes. Maybe we missed Pablo more than I thought we would - he is maybe the leader and calming influence we need.

Certainly Cooper was neither of those things yesterday. He was on a different planet.

Yes it was back to the League 1 Liam yesterday but he was not the only one who had a mare!

Speaking of watching stuff.

Watched loads of the football kn amazon this weekend.

I know it's a one shot deal for them this season but they have blown away sky with what they have done.

Really.hope they get a ful set of games for next season and we are in it.

Any other manager would surely have taken Cooper off - if our manager has a fault it's that he can be too inflexible - or maybe just too loyal!

There were times when players literally walked up to Ayling and took the ball off his toes without resistance.

Jonty, Ayling wasn’t the only culprit. Klich was poor, Philips was poor, Cooper was poor, Dallas was really poor and offers nothing in that role. I fear for our lack of a creative No.10 and Roberts won’t stay fit.
Thought it was our worst 90 minutes this season.

I agree, whole team was poor I just recall s couple of incidents wherever Preston literally took it off aylings toes.

No bounce today and clearly a problem.
