Much has been made of Ntcham being played instead of Christie in the number 10 role, with Christie moving out to the right and Forrest moved to the left. Thus messing up the balance of the team.
Ntcham is a great player i agree and it looks like hes set to get the nod again tomorrow, but instead of moving two players out of position why dont we just drop Christie all together thus allowing Forrest to go back out to the right? Then Mikey can play on the left and we have a better balance.
Forrest has been poor on the left and Chrisite quite frankly a waste of space on the right. Dont get me wrong, I'd rather play Christie in the number 10 over Ntcham any day but the manager wont.
Thoughts?
Drop Christie?

About Christie-I always think he’s a waste out right, but might be useful to read this.

Quinn 🤣 I don't often post mate, but I always read the comments on here. Yes Forrest did score on Thursday and played a lot better, but I'm sure you'd agree previous to that he hasn't played well on the left?

I'd say Christie has been our player of the year so far, him and Eddy are number 2 and 1 picks for me, they are the 2 guys we'd miss the most.
Christie has 17 goals already this season but I'd pick him even if he'd only has 4 or 5, coz he's got the lot, he's always the first to engage the press which is what forces his team's mates to press too, defends from the front and it creates a lot of changes and heaps pressure on the opposition.
I think Ntcham will have a really good career in a more technical league, it's difficult for us to make the most of his talents in Scottish football.
Would love to keep him and try to get him to adapt to a deeper role but I doubt it'll happen, I suspect he'll still be looking for a move away.
