Daniel Levy - Eriksen

I don’t understand what is so great about this. Sell on fees are always paid by the clubs signing the player.

SPURS STILL IN PIATEK TALKS

Tottenham remain in talks with AC Milan over a deal for striker Krzysztof Piatek, according to Sky in Italy.

The clubs are yet to agree a deal, with Spurs wanting an 18-month loan, but Milan preferring to sell permanently.

I've watched some youtube videos today (I know that's bad, but it's all I've got) and decided he's actually really decent and now think he'd be a great signing. Typical armchair fan I know.

I do actually hope we get this one done.

My old man took my brother and I to WHL to see Spurs at least 6-8 times a season when I was a young boy.
Why dont you do the same and take your kid(s) to Anfield to see your beloved Liverpool. That football team you spend all day and night on here talking and gloating about

Proper fans go to games.
Glory hunters just sit at home and watch on Television and gloat on the internet.

Very true mate, I still get to most games at aged 71. Most of the Liverpool supporters on here I doubt have ever been to a game in their lives.

It does seem that Levy was forced to sell Eriksen for far less than he is worth in the current market.
It might have been better to keep him for the rest of this season and let him go for a freebee rather than sell him now for 17Mil GBP - whatever that is worth in Brexit!
A fair market value if he was still under contract would have been closer to 50 Mil GBP.

Gaffer has gone quiet. Perhaps he realises some truth in what I said.
In truth I hope he doesnt take his kids to Anfield (he wont anyway). Hopefully they will support a team they live close by and will be able to explain to strangers why they support them.

I thought Gaffers kid was a step kid and he still breastfed at age 12 or something? I may be getting him mixed up with someone else though & I guess you could still take a breast feeding step kid to the footy if you ever went.
