What a season it was. A rollercoaster of a year.
The season started at breakneck pace with Celtic putting 7 past St Johnstone. However, a defeat to Livingston meant that the OF win at Ibrox was effectively ruled out. Celtic again won the League Cup beating Rangers. Rangers were top briefly at one point and after their first win at Celtic Park looked to be a real title threat after keeping up with Celtic until that point.
Then Celtic stepped it up and Rangers crumbled. Performances in Europe not matched domestically and several defeats saw them plummet away from Celtic and out of the Scottish Cup.
Once Celtic got that 13 point advantage all Rangers fans accepted that their title hopes were gone. Then Coronavirus hit the world and Rangers fans decided they could have caught Celtic.
A bittersweet end to a season. Celtic double champions and may still get that opportunity to claim a Quad Treble. This title is only a step to the holy grail of the unprecedented 10.
Highs
League Cup Final - we didn't play well and struggled with injuries but it was a brave performance. The Rangers fans running back in at 90 minutes when they heard cheering thinking they had scored was funny when they realised it was us cheering for full time.
Livi away - Odd to say this as it was a draw. Livi did what we knew they would do and make it a battle but as news came through of Rangers losing again for me that draw was the title clincher.
Lows
New Year OF game - Celtic never turned up. Rangers winning gave them hope of realistically winning the title. With their game in hand they could have went clear at the top. We know how that ended.
Copenhagen - Celtic bottled it at the knock out stage IMO

I have to agree.
All this last 2 months have done is absolutely paper of the huge cracks.
For some bears it has salvaged their season into being somehow successful as all they cling onto is the notion that Celtic were simply handed the title.
I think they really need to have a closer look at home tbh.

Too many are still starstruck by Englands third best midfielder of his generation, that they want to keep him at the expense of the club.
If, for example, Caixinha as last permanent manager, had been 13 points behind in March he'd have been out the door.
Need to get over their fooking crushes and see that we're no further on now than we were 2 years ago.

And don't get me wrong Caixinha was fooking dug scheidt. As was Warburton. As was McCoist.
All fooking useless priqs.
Yet apparently some excuse to keep Gerrard because the last bunch were so fooking hopeless.
He's every bit as bad as the lot of them. Europe does not spare the fact that he has failed domestically.
