So with the City ban being overturned

will qualification for the Europa go down to just 7th place? If so I think United will finish 3rd, Chelsea 4th, Leicester 5th. So that would mean it would be two from Wolves, Sheffield United, Spurs, Arsenal for those two places.

Spurs definitely need seven out of nine points from the last three, and that may be just enough. Wolves and Sheffield United have a few tricky games to play. Arsenal have Liverpool, but have a couple of reasonably easy games to finish with.

Have had a look at the fixtures, and I reckon Wolves will take another four points from their games. Sheffield United between three and five, Arsenal six. So if Spurs can get two wins and a draw, they should sneak into one of the Europa places. A win at Newcastle would help the cause no end. Leicester are in no form, but can still be dangerous, and Palace are probably on the beach now, but will raise their game against Spurs as it is a London Derby.

Would be a bit disappointed with no European football, but will not be the end of the world I suppose.

So who wants Europa and who doesn`t?

He’s won nothing with us, so until (or if ) he ever does, it’s meaningless for Spurs fans.

This is 100% correct.

Well also it is 100% correct that Potless Poch won nothing either. But a lot of supporters just cannot get their head around that either.

Honestly mate, why are a lot of supporters still going on about the previous manager? He is gone, everybody needs to move on.

Everybody needs to get behind the current manager.

You’re going on about him more than anybody else, no question. For a start I didn’t even mention him.

You see criticism of Mourinho and think it’s about Poch, it isn’t.

8th if United win the Europa and The Goonz fail to win the FA Cup, can`t confirm though

I didn`t say you personally did, but you cannot deny the board is filled up with those that don`t want Jose and want Potless Poch back.

I have never known such a set of supporters that have been so critical of a manager from day one.

How anybody can criticise our present manager with the CV he has it beyond me anyway. Not like the club has been flushed with trophies last 30 years, so why not just give him a chance?

You used to dismiss him as a hasbeen quite a lot only a year or two ago, why didn't his CV matter to you then?

Mourinho will not be a success at Spurs.

He is Spurs manager now, so gets my backing 100 per cent. What I said a couple of years ago is completely irrelevant to the here and now. Have you never changed your mind over something?

hard to say he wont be a success yet, willing to give Jose till Christmas time to see how things are then. Still in the league cup & EL league (if we qualify) and in the mix around the top 6 sides then he has done a good job.

He obviously needs a bit of time, and hopefully Spurs will get a better start than this season. Every team starts from scratch, so who knows.
