Rashford post restart

Wanted to know what you all think about Marcus Rashfords performances since the restart. He's only scored one penalty and seems to have changed the way he plays. How do you all think he's done? Should have got more goals in this free scoring team?

He'll get back on it. Class is permanent and all that jazz.

His finishing remain erratic. On occasions his choice / weight of passes leave one frustrated but I am nit picking, he's a fabulous player whose form was dented by a serious injury.

At the moment he's lacking confidence and seems to be holding back at little, maybe the injury has left a psychological scar which time will heal.

I'm sure I read somewhere that he's second only to KDB in successful passes into the area since the restart so he's doing fine IMO. He'll score tonight I reckon.

Yeah I saw that stat. Shaw getting more involved in the attack and it looks like there’s more trust in Martial to hold it up seem to be the reasons for that.

On Shaw, I’m not sure how it compares to other full backs, but before the NLD there was a stat that in July he’d had as many touches in the box (8) as Harry Kane.

He used to be the best workhorse attacker of the front free. As a goal scorer, when in form he was good. But now the dynamics have changed. The goals are a little more spread out. It's less of a worry that he is out of form. And as it's been mentioned by Ji, he's still contributing to the team. Which is a positive sign. I think after being out for a long while, it can sometimes be a mental block that gets to some players.

I have faith that he will rediscover his form. He's the type to take a little while to get going after a dip in form.

If and when he does, providing the rest keep in form. We'll have a deadly attack.

Jose working his magic. Wonder if he has to instruct Kane what to do like he said he did with Shaw.

'Harry, what did I tell you, stay out of the opponents box, you're defending too high up!'

His team play has been good, in front of goal he’s not on it at the moment. He’ll find his feet.

His average position against Bournemouth was around the half way line.

Mourinho’s going to ruin Kane.

Rashford's form since the restart is a perfect example of why we still need Sancho.
One of them is always going to be having a dip in form at some point.
Also, that extra competition should drive all of them to improve.

Not just that, as good as Greenwood’s been, we still lack creativity from the right hand side. Sancho would be our best attacker. We need that kind of quality to win major honours.
