We're pretty scheidt and if we don't dramatically improve soon then we're in very real danger of being relegated.

I see that McInally has employed the sprint coach that Jim McLean had. I remember when you saw the players going through their warm-up from the Jerry Kerr to the George Fox. Got them in the right frame of mind. Now they chat and have a kick about and let the opposition get the upper hand right away.
Thon midfield we "have" is keech. How not go with Neilson and Powers? Managers have their favourites, Mellons favourite is Harkes. Therein lies the problem. Pawlett is not the answer either. Giving Connolly a contract extension is a terrible decision.
