Two weeks is a long time in football, even longer when you have these stupid international breaks. Anyway back to business in the real world as my area goes into Tier 2 .........Scouse is in Tier 3..... What a pity they never had time to produce a world class test and trace systejjm to perhaps stem the spread.........still.......moonshot anyone?
Which makes it seem like an eternity before I can set foot in PP
Transfer dealings and rumours have been intriguing. Nothing spectacular but rumours abound of a special announcement on transfer day of something big.
A welcome win last time out at Norwich probably won't mask the shortcomings in fragile Derby team but the confidence that win brought may be enough to bear fruit on Friday night.
Usual suspects are still out injured but finally a sort of plan and shape to the team is slowly taking hold.

I was wandering down memory lane too. Telling my youngest (1st match the 4-1 hammering Ipswich handed us) that the Fernandez / Rashford combination for ManUs 4th was a cruiser version of what we often saw from Nish / George back in the day.
