I had family problems this weekend so didn't really pay much attention to the football this weekend, but we lost fairly predictably (so predictably that it got me 10 points in the predictor) after losing 9 players to covid restrictions.
Having said that we did field a strong team. Unfortunately we continue to field these players in a formation that offers no offensive threat whatsoever, which means that if we do concede first then the chances of us getting back into the game are slim. I believe we didn't have a shot on target until 85 minutes, which is pretty much the norm for us in most games.
Mid table at the moment but there's no doubt in my mind that we'll continue to slide down the table and we'll be in the relegation battle. And to make it worse there's not even any intention to entertain as we fail to pick up points.
I'm all very meh about it at the moment. I'm bored with it, which is not a good place to be. Suspect that's the norm for most fans at the moment, but especially for us giving the lack of any quality whatsoever.
Mon the Terrors I suppose.

Cheers guys, really appreciate the words. Just a really sad, sad situation that probably isn't going to get better any time soon. Just a timely warning that we need to do more to help.

Sorry to read that, Ivan. My wife had a stroke some years ago, now a strong possibility of Alzheimer's but we get plenty of support. Doesn't bear thinking what I would do without it.

Had a few folk off work long-term sick due to not being able to get treatment because of Covid ruining everything. 'Tis a shiite state of affairs Ivan. Hope things start to get better for you.
Because there's sod all chance of United getting better...
