Nah Cedric can cover. Why buy another fella who will barely play and pay him 50k a wk or whatever? Long-term we need another No 9 as Laca (even tho I love his industry) will never be top top class, also need a CM to replace Xhaka who is okay in parts but again we can improve on.

Think we should keep AMN for fullback backup as well. Injuries can easily mount up and we need to make a serious push for top 4.

Completely agree. Unless we are bringing in a lb it would be silly to get rid of AMN

I think Cedric should be our number 1 RB at the moment. Not just based off his recent games but he has not put a foot wrong in any game all season. Yes he has had quiet games, but I dont get the jitters when I see him defending. Bellerin has been poor for a long time now and must be thanking his stars that Tierney is injured.

So I would have Cedric and Bellerin at RB and bring in a proper LB to cover for Tierney. AmN...I would have sold in the summer and would sell now. He wants to play in MF but the very few times he has played there, he has not impressed me. He also lacks intensity and concentration for that role from what I see. So unless he goes on loan and plays in CM and performs fabulously, I think he is doomed to be a utility player at Arsenal. And if a team gave us 20 mill...I'd sell and put that towards Bissouma at Brighton.

We already have 2 specialized RB..even though Bellerin has been poor. And you can see that AMN cannot play as a LB. He did well as a LWB, but as a LB he is a liability and hampers the attacking moves too. I'd go all out to convince Bertrand or Van Aanholt to join in a loan and then a 2 year deal.

We should hopefully bring in PVA from Crystal Palace today.

AMN had one poor game vs Palace. Even then he didn't let in a goal unlike Cedric against Southampton. Can't make instant judgements game to game.

It's not game to game. AMN has looked good at wing back but we don't use them. Also..blaming Cedric for the Southampton goal is folly. We went on to win that game with some key contributions from Cedric. We dropped points vs Palace and again..not solely due to AMN but it was noticeable how poor we were going forward down our left side.
