FIFA 12

I'm not one to usually make unrelated threads on here, but FIFA 12 is out today and I'm rather excited. I've played both demos and PES still doesnt seem to have recaptured its former magic but FIFA was a joy.

Looking forward to it hopefully being delivered today ready for a bash tonight. Anyone else getting it?

Before anyone says anything, yes I should have better things to do and I am too old for games. Whatever!

We shouldn't feel guilty, or be made to feel guilty, should we.Playing games is a thousands of years old passtime. Computer games are more specifically of the genre of one person games which can be a problem in them being anti social, but other than that they are fine. Everything in moderation is the motto here I think. At 63 i play games on the PC and I do so to fill in time when I do not have anything better to do, and want to relax. Not something I am in anyway ashamed of.

I love golf on the laptop.
I hate golf in real life its mindnumbingly boring.
Championship Manager 96. I led Walsall to the title of all four divisions and the FA cup three years running. I conquered Europe.
I wonder where its at now..

I haven't touched a computer in a year since I moved to Vancouver, but I *$&#*@*# love computer games. Don't care who knows it. Played right, they are social, fun, cheap and I don't give you a beer gut (most of the time) from playing them.

Destroying my mates 150 miles away in Manchester at FIFA is great. Almost as good as scoring a horrible, scrambled tap in against some American and proceeding to do the windmill celebration for the next ten seconds.

How did you get on blumangroup?

I went to Tesco earlier as a couple of years back I bought FIFA 10 on day of release for £15.

This year, no such luck £39.90 or £25 if bought alongside a game from the current top 20 - so £55 then

I'll be waiting until it calms down a bit.

The mrs is waiting in bed......... Signed a cpl of players but drastically different squad ratings from last year. Seems better on play though. First goal, ball is headed out from a corner Nathan Redmond right foot volley from 12 yards in off the post 1-0!!! Inline this game
