Now that there is only one team with a plastic pitch there are rumours of a vote to ban plastic pitches from the top tier. Technically they can vote for it if it were proposed but do you think they will vote on it and what rules? ie Livi have until the start of next season to have a grass pitch back? Teams coming up must have a grass pitch immediately or within 12 months?
