What a game !

It was decent / some excitement but a scoreline dominated by such poor play ought not to make it 'best'. Would just as much enjoy a tense 0-0 but quality play. Each to their own though.

Azpillicueta(Dave) MoM,closely followed by Pedri,who is going to be big time for Spain and Barca over the next few years.

An absolute feast of entertainment .

Totally agree with Harle on this one.
Can't help feeling if Croatia played more attacking football in the first 70 minutes they would have done much better.

What a night...Deja vu...converted this time....

Tway, the first 70 mins or so, Croatia could hardly get near to the ball ! full credit to Spain,and it should be some game against the Swiss on Friday.
Also full credit to the Swiss, they were very good against Le Bleu.

Precisely my point they took adefence line for most of the earlier part depending on counter attack... Once they were forced to come out they showed the weakness of the France defence... 2 goals in the last 6 minutes... I would have liked to see them taking similar risks earlier because their players are really fast. Easy to say in hindsight...could have gone pear shape for them too.
My point is respecting big teams like France doesn't work...best to get at them...if you can.
I hope England plays more aggressively for same reasons tonight.

Yes I agree we must be more proactive ,especially against this German defense,be interesting to see how Rudi likes the aggressiveness !
