i thought the lad montgomery looked confident when he came on last night as well.

The game needs sneaky and dirty players.

They're great for antagonising fans.. and fans love to be wound up by them so that they can go ballistic anytime the player does anything suspect.

They're especially needed nowadays since the game has gone completely soft.

Being wee, I used to get kicked all the time playing street league/youth league so I'd be a right dirty wee kant back as I wasn't big enough to take most folk on. Studs down the heel and ankle when the ball was nowhere near me and another player was an old favourite. That and intentionally leaving a foot in to stand on someone else's foot.. trying to make sure it was my heel applying the downward pressure

You maybe weren’t paying attention?

In any case, the difference is giving it out and taking it back rather than screaming like a lassie plus a few barrel rolls for good effect.

Brown's popularity rating

I'm not saying he was overtly popular, just that the majority of Celtic fans would applaud or enjoy him when he was being snide or winding other players/fans up.

Lumping in Brown with those three scvmbags? Mental.

Those three were the snidest, dirtiest, defenders in the game, ffs Ramos tried to break Salah’s arm during a Champs League final. I’m all for players winning things, but not by being absolute reptiles.

Broony dished it out, but he could take it back, and he didn’t act like a wee lassie when he was kicked.
