Europe is definitely weak. Barca are in a mess, Juve a shadow of the side they used to be, Inter losing all their best players and Ashley Young, Real levels below their best.
Only PSG should be a threat to English sides in the next few years.

There was plenty of criticism last season too, as there is towards the winners every season from fans of other clubs.

The “leagues weak” is as much a criticism of their own clubs though so I wouldn’t particularly take it as a sleight. Not a good one, at least.

There are no other English sides other than the English sides.

City won the PL last season because they had the best team, a top class manager with, again, top class tactics, and rotation. They were and are a fantastic team to watch.

Well done them, fully deserved.

Our club suffered huge injuries, it matter not a jot whether or not other clubs suffered the same misfortune, that’s life. We got beat more games than I care to remember.

Our greatest achievement last season? Easy. Those last ten games that got us back into this year’s CL.

Life goes on.

true but I did mean if you are a City fan surely a bit of concern about drawing say Chelsea as they are a barrier to success.

definitely, all about the draw Bayern are always a top side as well.

You can only beat whats in front of you, you have no say in that so does it really matter? Stats say the leagues never been as competitive or physically demanding etc. So idk how its weaker exactly either.

Just a pathetic excuse to try make yourself feel better a rival won something major.

Bayern depends on Lewa really. Gnabry and Sane had bad seasons last year, Muller is getting to the end, the likes of Coman and Goretzka are hit and miss. Think they look a shadow of the side that won it.

I think talking about English clubs chances in Europe against other clubs is better than the actual OP topic. Yes, only PSG and may be the referees can stop English clubs wining the CL.
