On what basis does Balogun need a loan spell? Or Martinelli not a striker? You’ve learned this from 2 games in which we haven’t created a single chance for any of our forwards?

Yes we created very little but they did not do anything with the ball the few times they got it.

Games are lost and won in midfield. Xhaka is slow, Sambi slightly quickly.

We need Bissouma and fast.

Sambi at Liverpool or Chelsea or Leicester would become a fantastic beast of a cm in a couple of years. He is quick..can spot a pass...got good awareness to go from defensive to attacking by dropping a shoulder.

I fear for his progress under Arteta

Bissouma and a fit Partey will transform our middle.

Bissouma being prized out of reach. I've been impressed with Bazoer, who plays for Vitesse Arnhem in the Dutch eredivisie. Beast of a guy. Can also play in defense. Also 24 years. Great feet and passing range. But most importantly can defend. But what do I know?

Bissouma was not out of reach. We just wasted 50mil on a midget CB that can't handle a long ball. He's lucky he got covid otherwise Lukaku would have tore him a new one.

We should have kept Saliba and then put down the 30Mil for Bissouma.
