Rangers v Livingston tonight.

League Cup quarter final tonight live on Premier Sports from 7.15pm

Our cup record under Gerrard is a joke and with our poor performances so far this season this feels like quite a big game especially after they beat Celtic 1-0 at the weekend. As we all know had Celtic not lost 1-0 a couple of times now they would be top of the league and not 6th which is why they are all so excited. If they could turn the 1-0 defeats into wins they would be flying and that is a fact.

We need a result and a performance tonight. I really hope we pick a strong line up, no fooking about changing keepers because it's the cup. No resting Balogun, if Morelos is fit enough to be on the bench he should be starting. If the replacement isn't at the same level then no.

I want to see

GK McGregor
LB Barasic
CB Balogun
CB Goldson
RB Patterson
CM Davis
CM Kamara
CM Aribo
LW Wright
RW Roofe
FW Morelos

Wouldn't be against finding a spot for Bacuna but please no Lundstram, no Arfield either for that matter.

Who do you want to see start?

When are we expecting Jack and Hagi back btw?

There's Griffiths in a world of sheidt again.

Can see him getting a long ban for this one.

Decent win last night.

First half was a bit of a grind.

It was screaming out for the Wright off Hagi on substitution at half time and what a difference it made.

Second half could have easily been 4 or 5.

Onto Hampden where we will no doubt face St Johnstone.....

Griffiths is an absolute walloper. But that is hardly news.

Hagi has been the main man this season. When he plays we look better.

Still work to be done but can look forward to a semi v Raith.

That would give you a semi right enough

Agreed.

Celtic don't seem to be handling that well.

I'm sure we all agree that having a significant away support is always desirable.

I'm not sure.

Raith might give you a game. There's an element of risk in it and a defeat to them could have an impact on the team
Celtic in the semi would be a bye to the final for Rangers atm .
You'd be better off playing us.

was raith that beat rangers in the challenge cup final wasn't it?

i expected rangers to win that 3 times in their climb up the leagues, just as well you were schite and got another shot at it.

They also beat Celtic in the League Cup final when Captain Bottle bottled a penalty. I never expected Raith to win that but I certainly expected your captain to bottle it
