He’s not a top, top cb at the best of times, but he’s been a mess this season. Though he’s not the only one, to be fair.

He has headed the ball an awful lot over the years….

Maguire is not perfect but he is a better player than he is showing now, something isn’t right but apart from he may be playing injured hard to say what it is

That doesn’t alter the fact that he was very good defensively at the Euros, does it.

He was dreadful last season til the last few months and then had a fantastic euros. Very average player

Why do people keep saying he's dropped in form?

We were the worst defensive top side last year, largely because he's so fecking sh!t and made error after error.

I think at one point last season we conceded more goals than any side in the top 10 teams, this was after like 30 odd games or something.

He's "decent" for England but he also has much better midfielders Infront of him and a better defender than lindleoff next to him to cover his many weaknesses.

With lindleoff by his side he is hilariously exposed in all ways.
I just hope we move him on and get someone who's not an absolute fully loaded lorry of a player.
I can't stand seeing the bloke in the team week after week.

Anyone think that we’ve brought back both Maguire and Varane too soon? We don’t really seem to care much about our players fitness or giving them the rest they need.
