He tries to instigate s3x. She is upset with him over something (possibly him being unfaithful). He crudely pursues her for s3x. She is initially reluctant, but eventually, for want of a better word, complies.

Would I be happy with my daughter being treated this way, hell no. Does it constitute rape, Im not sure.

I don't know enough about Mason, his family background etc. What he did reflects badly on him, his family, Utd even, men in society generally that mistreats women and objectifies them.

Mal treatment of women is a societal issue. No different to bigotry being a societal issue. What makes it OK for a 19 year old lad to behave like that towards a female? If he can do that at that age then imagine what he will be like in years to come with more wealth under his belt. He needs the right punishment to rehabilitate him. The other danger is, if his career is shot then he may care very little and re-offend!

There were stories that he fell out with CR7, his attitude was poor. What should have set alarm bells was how he behaved on International duty. Now looking back, England did the right thing, Utd should have thrown the book at him at the time but shielded him. SAF would have handled it differently.
