The best and quickest way to end this conflict is for the entire world to ban the import of all Russian products and for all sporting bodies like FIFA, Olympics etc ban Russia from taking further part in any competition until their leader is no longer head of state and they retreat from Ukraine.

You watch how quickly the decent Russian people, of which there are many, turn on this regime when their jobs are starting to be impacted etc.

War isn't the solution here. Cut them off and make the Russians deal with him. They will get the message.

It's one thing the whole world has in common. Nobody likes to get poorer.

If the heads of all major companies who make money from overseas trade start losing millions and having to lay off their staff.....how long do you think they will put up with him.

This is the way to deal with Russia. Their army is way too strong to enter into a conflict anyway.

They will get rid of him eventually.

Living in this generation is actually exhausting.

A positive action from NATO could be a no fly zone as the Russian air force would be no match for it, but that escalates this even further.

The USA has 11 carrier battle groups.
Send 2 into Black Sea. 1 to obliterate Vladivostok.
2 into Baltic to erase St Petersburg.

Turkey closing the Bosphorus would strangle the Russian naval fleet.

I think it is partly the reality, but a reality that has come from Russia planning and getting involved in western politics to create the landscape we have today.
