This situation is a disgrace. Leaving aside the farcical nature of the original postponement, the fact that it still hasn't been 100% confirmed by the premier league is a facking joke.
Both teams have every midweek free from now until the end of the season, and have had for some time, and these preeeeks are still not announcing it.
Absolutely no consideration, once again for the fans. People travel far and wide for that game, including from over seas and I know a few people who had already flown in for the original game by the time it was cancelled.
I myself am meant to be away in May and I will need to reschedule that trip as there is no way I am missing this game.
Absolute disgrace from premier league, in cahoots with sky no doubt, to delay the announcement of this game meaning that people can't actually make plans, especially as it will be midweek and some people may need to take time off work to travel etc.
Rumours circulating now are that it will be played on 11th May, that is just after we go to Anfield, for what is currently schedule at 3pm on the saturday, but you just know the arseholes at sky will be moving that to Sunday 4 30. as inconvenient as possible for us. Previous rumours were that it will be 18th May, in the final week of the season.
Basically the needless ongoing delay for this fixture announcement is bang out of line and the fans once again at the bottom of the list as money dictates everything.
