They are supposedly under sanction so shouldnt be allowed/ or shouldnt have the cash.

Didn't RA find some loop hole to add £3m to the coffers to support the club through the sanction?

It has seemed to have all gone quiet.

What about the selling of tickets etc?

Funding was allowed in to cover costs when the terms of the license were altered

He has, with permission. The objective of the against him sanctions is that he does not benefit from them. As he is selling and not asking for any revenue from the sale he isn't benefitting from the spend.

Yes they are, as long as Roman doesn't benefit, he is sanctioned, not the club.
