Just switched off the cricket commentary. I enjoy listening to Aggers and Tufnell but can't abide the sterile commentary of the lady who is on now. She obviously knows the game well and describes the play accurately. Having been lucky enough to have grown up listening to the commentaries of John Arlott and Brian Johnson on cricket and Peter Allis on golf I find her monotone drone annoying.

Are you showing prejudice against women/woman?

There is no prejudice in my comment. I gave the reason for it.

She does have a bit of a monotone. I don't mind her but I can understand why other people don't like her, particularly compared to Aggers' and Tuffers' banter.

I would love to hear Jimmy Carr and Frank Skinner commentating on the cricket. Even a boring drawn game would be worth listening to. Any other commentator pairings you would like to hear - or not? My nightmare couple would be Janet Street-Porter and Graham Norton.

The racism bandwagon keeps on rolling, kept alive by people who have nothing else to do.
