In Derby’s most famous and memorable Season when they amassed their incredible 11 points, their one and only victory was against NEWCASTLE
However, Derby were actually playing at home that day
Maybe it’s not that grim after all

Derby also got a draw at St James' that season tbf. So you're already playing catch up. Just saying

Spurious comparison comparing oranges & whatsits!
This Newcastle team is a lot stronger after a solid number of years of Prem' T.V lolley rolling into the coffers.

I think you're home form will keep you up comfortably similar to Brentford last season and in Cooper you have a very talented coach like Potter at Brighton plus Newcastle will tear many teams apart this season so a 2 nil defeat is quite respectable.

Not 100% sure this is true but have just heard we are signing MGW from Wolves for a deal upto £40m, including add-ons, if true that is a real statement of intent from Marinakis, and a massive vote of confidence in Cooper, and apparently we still aren’t finished in the transfer market, crazy times.
