It wasn't the most exciting performance from Spurs today but in my opinion you can't argue with a win and three points. Also I think if Spurs fans were offered 7 points from the first 9, including a draw away to Chelsea most of us would have taken it. I'm always happy with a win no matter what the circumstances are and I don't really get fans that are negative even after a win. If we're playing bad football and also losing and drawing too many games fair enough but we've actually made a great start to the season and I'm sure we will have plenty of games where we play well and score lots of goals. In the mean time I'm happy to win 1-0 and look forward to the next game.

Just watched the game:
So glad we won… that’s what matters most of all!
That 1st half was completely unacceptable… absolutely shocking… why is this happening?
I think that the back 3’s distribution of the ball isnt good enough… plus no one could hold onto the ball, under pressure…
Son was poor
Perisic is quality
Hojbjerg for all his battling qualities, isn’t comfortable with the need for slick passing, under pressure…
Bizarrely… I thought Royal was our only half decent player in the 1st half… everyone looked sluggish & half paced…. Why is that??
I would 100% add Traore to our squad… his pace & power is frightening…
There would be no slow, turgid 1st halves,if he was our wing back…
£10m is a no brainier for him… sell Doherty.
It’s funny that Kane stays on the pitch for 90 minutes… why risk him!!

Like Emerson’s attitude, like his application. Just wish he had a bit more about him. Can’t see why the boss plays him as a regular. Our back 3 need to connect to the rest of the team. I know it’s obvious but it’s so painful to watch. Why play the ball around your least attacking players for long periods. Doesn’t make sense. Get the talent on the ball (which we struggle to win). Really fluked a win against a good wolves team today. Not downcast at all but that was a bullet dodged. Could easily have been different. Anyway COYS and delighted at the result.
