JCC rankings mk 3

i would also like to say that i have developed a new formula, which i will call the alternative JCC rankings. in this formula i not only count points gained for winning tests and series and so on, but i also count points scored against, and subtract that from the points gained. the object of this is to reward teams not so much for the quantity of cricket they play, but the quantity of matches they win.

i'm not sure which system i prefer, so i will continue with both and list them together. also note that zimbabwe will not be included in the alternative JCC rankings, because it is necessary for them to have played more than two tests for a meaningful representaion of their goodness to be judged.
