Klopp….

… “We can no longer control games"…

A midfield combination aged almost 100 years old is the reason.

We seem to have three buckets of midfielders.

OAPs, kids and crocks.

Great job recruitment team.

AKA as this wks excuse

Think I can just about decipher what you're trying to say through horrifically uneducated English.

How is this "this week's excuse"? Said the same all year.

Bonkers game played at an insane tempo by Leeds. Liverpool completely failed to control the game. They were there for the taking too, offering loads of space to attack into. There’s a reason they are in the relegation zone.

One of the biggest surprises, and based not just on last night’s performance, is Fabinho. The game seemed to pass him bye. He did do a couple of challenges, good challenges but, domination? No chance.

Leeds targeted Thiago, a good move by them. The front three were harnessed by the Leeds defence. Bobby, at times, invisible. Salah’s boot into row Z late in the game summed up their performance.

Trent? World class for me, but yesterday, he didn’t seem interested. That he wasn’t interested defies belief, automatic dismissal of that thought but, that’s the way it seemed to me. Apparent, immediately identifiable intent on his behalf? I didn’t see any.

VvD, Gomez, each given 6/10 in the press today for their performances. Not on what I saw, nowhere near, 3 absolute maximum.

Spurs next is it? Oh dear …

You wouldn’t expect a so called world class player to not have any interest in a game would you?
Looks like a massive attitude adjustment is needed for TAA for starters, the game needs a lot more than putting in dangerous crosses & accurate through balls, you have to put in the yards going in the opposite direction and do some of the hard slog
Then you look at his positional play and anticipation of danger, seems nonexistent recently
Doesn’t add up to anything like world class in my view

We were dog poor against Fulham but showed against Arsenal that we can trade it with the best. We should have got something out of that game.

Saturday we ran more miles than any team this season in the PL. Thats always been our one positive since Bielsa came. The first goal came from a combination other press and VVD not even looking where the ball is coming from. He assumes Gomez will deal with it.

We are still wide open at times though because we attack in numbers and one sloppy pass let’s teams in. Fulham found that out to their joy.

I think we caught you at the best possible time. One eye on this weeks game and playing a team that were in the bottom three.

I honestly thought we would be looking for a new manager today but he’s now got the time and breathing space to get to January I think. Only two more games in the PL before the WC.

For us Bournemouth has to be a win on Saturday otherwise this result will be wasted. Beat them and we can hopefully go to Spurs and repeat Saturday night.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

From our point of view we just have to hope there are at least three teams worse than us again.
