Looks like it won't just be Tav who gets his stats padded by penalties this season.
VAR has given our refs an opportunity to go penalty loopy, with last nights hat-trick of penalties in a single game putting us on course to have a zillion penalties awarded this season.
Obviously VAR is awful and we all hate it, but at least I can now say that I've seen my team get a penalty at Celtic Park. Thanks VAR!
This is something to keep in mind though for the first goalscorer markets. Anyone know who takes the pens for Killie?

Went and had a look at twitter.
Looked offside to me.
Although the still shot I saw was a fraction of a second after the ball left the players foot.

At first glance, I thought he could have been offside. The problem is the camera angle they showed to ‘prove’ he was offside. The camera is practically in line with our 18 yard line-it’s miles away.
Also thought it was a red card for the foul on Starfelt.

Not seen the tackle, but I wonder if the fact Watt got his VAR red card rescinded last week played a part in their decision.

I thought the foul on GG at the weekend was a yellow (we didn’t even get a free kick for it), but that one last night was a red. Thought it was completely reckless.

If he'd given a red I wouldn't make a strong argument against it tbh. My take it was one of those that deserve a strong yellow, if you know what I mean.
