Firstly lets deal with his style of play. Conte must have studied the players available to him BEFORE he took the job at Spurs if he did not then he is stupid and nobody is that stupid.
As a manager/ coach whatever title you wish to give him his job is to play a team and a style that gets the best results for our club, nobody can disagree with that. BUT instead he comes in with a style that is totally unsuited to the players we have. Our defenders and I include Lloris are simply dreadful especially when it comes to passing and distribution. BUT Conte thinks we should play short in and around our penalty box when we have players that cannot pass. Royal, Sanchez, Dier, Lloris, Davies to name a few. Now was I site manager on a building site and sent a plumber to do some electrical work that he is incapable of doing I would get the sack. Its not difficult and nobody can disagree with just how boring and turgid the football is to watch. But the same thing EVERY game and guess what? It does not work!!!! When we play a half decent side (Woolwich, chelsea and man utd) we get totally outclassed, please dont say that we dont thats a fact.
Now his complaints, he needs two or three more transfer windows. SANDY could build a winning team if he was allowed to spend spend spend Contes job is to get the best out of the players we have with a system that suits them and he cant.
His next complaint TIREDNESS, well thats a cracker it really is. He sends us out in a negative system and 9 times out of 10 we are losing at half time. This of course means that we need to go flat out in the second half to get anything our of the game. Marseille, Pool, Sporting, Bournemouth, Newcastle to name a few games. SO every second half we have to run ourselves into the ground right the way to the last minute and now he reckons we are tired. REALLY!!!!! I wonder why that is? Nothing to do with his tactics of course not. Marseille we literally ran ourselves into the ground in that game to get a result. Pool the same but it was nothing to do with the negative sit back approach of the first half was it?
Every first half is the same and Conte tells us Kane is tired, I wonder if thats because he has spent the first 45 minutes chasing lost causes with little or no support and then has to spend the next 45 minutes flat out again when he gets some support as we chase the game. No of course its not, that has nothing to do with it, MUCH.
Excuse after excuse and complaint after complaint from Conte but its not his fault, no its not he does not pick the likes of Sess and Royal somebody else does. He does not let Dier stand on the ball for 20 minutes just outside our box before he gives it away, no of course not. Only the victories are anything to do with him the rest is all down to somebody else.
I want him gone and the only thing that makes me dubious about him going is god knows what idiot Levy will get to replace him.

Never understood the hate Jose receieved on this board. From day one, alot of tarts on here turned their nose up at him.
But when Conte came in he was a "World Class Manager" despite playing the same defensive football lol.
All very well sayinng Conte but at least offer a name to replace him otherwise it just seems all abit knee jerky.
Despite of his football style I want him to stay for 2 window. Buy decent defenders, wings backs and replace that fragile idiots in between the sticks.
Sacking managers every year is BS.

Agree, changing the manager is not the solution. Just need to change some of the players, and that has been obvious for about three or four years. Conte cannot do it all in one window. I am sure he knows he needs better CBs. He has tried to address the midfield by bringing in Bentancur and Bissouma, and I expect he will want an attacking midfielder as well. Up front is fine. Lloris will also have to be replaced over the next season or so.
Spurs main problem is complete lack of depth outside of about nine nailed on starters.

Never quite understand the insistence with playing 3 centrebacks when the club does not have 3 of the standard required, surely a innovative Manager could realise this and adjust accordingly, just saying

Apart from his personality, I can’t see how you could hate Jose and support Conte. And tbf Conte is getting a bit pi$$y in his interviews.
I never liked Jose and was willing to give Conte a chance. I even said at the beginning of the season that I thought we would have quite a decent season with the layers we had signed.
I did not know that Conte was going to insist on playing the old players as in Dier, Sanchez and Lloris. As the season has progressed and we still dont see the likes of Spence but we do see the likes of Royal and his reliance on a system that has not worked for us I have decided I dont like him either.
Why give him more transfer windows when we have just had one where he spent 60 mill on a striker we rally did not need and did not replace Dier or Royal which everybody who knows Spurs are fully aware that we desperately needed defenders.
Even Bissouma who was a class act at Brighton and is 3 times the player Hojberg is but look who has played in virtually every game. Apparently Bissouma is not adapting to his tactics very well. WELL NEITHER AM I.
He is inflexible has no plan B and keeps trying to force a round peg into a square hole, thats not management its stupidity and arrogance.

There are plenty of names out there and any one of them would make us more attractive to watch than the crap I have watched lately.
See nobody has commented on his latest excuse of tiredness or the fact that we have had to go flat out in every second half due to his negative approach.

I wouldn`t call Bissouma three times the player of PEH. In fact PEH has had a very decent season, and always gives 100 per cent.

PEH is absolute and total crap, His passing is atrocious, his control is dreadful, his positioning is pretty bad and he cant even make a professional foul successfully.

Never a big Winks fan he started off ok but never improved so no I was not a fan. As it happens I believe I remember you tlling me that the likes of Sanchez was our future when I said within weeks of signing him that he was rubbish. Maybe thats why your opinions are not held in any kind of serious regard.
