After a 2 week break to go out of the cup it's back to league action and a long haul trip to Cambridge. A recap. Bolton are in the last play off place with a 2 point cushion over 7th after an inconsistent October with 3 wins, 3 defeats and 1 draw. Cambridge who were promoted along with Bolton in the covid season are 18th, 5 points clear of the relegation zone and looking for a pick me up after a worse October than Bolton with just 1 win and 6 defeats in 7 league games. The last 2 results at the abbey stadium 1-0 to Cambridge last season and a 1-1 draw the season before. Early team news. Aimson and Isgrove are still injured and Declan John has been reported 'sick'. Mj Williams is suspended after reaching 5 bookings. Which formation will evatt use and which players will be picked are the big questions which won't be answered until Saturday afternoon at 2pm. Kick off back to traditional 3pm.

Have you managed to safely make it to Wednesday?
It's been a hard long slow slog to get this far hasn't it.
You have to search high and low to find interest in this weekend's game at Fleetwood, even the BEN is struggling this week.
The World Cup Kicks off on Sunday, it has all the makings of a new look low key event. I've yet to meet anybody who mentions or is looking forward to it.
There' no rush to snap up the World Cup special offer large televisions being offered. If you want one hang on until January when the prices will plummet.
