Looks like a proper battle this year with 7 or 8 very very schitt teams.
5 points separate rock bottom Southampton from 13th placed Leicester, Southampton have a game in hand.
I’ve watched all of these teams a few times and why I find it intriguing is that they’re terrible sides for different reasons. Everton can’t score but are okay defensively, Leeds can score but ship goals like they are going out of fashion.
Some of the teams down there have reason for optimism - Forest for instance look like they just need to find their best 11 and have picked up some decent results.
Anyway, the only team I would lay money on to definitely go at this point is Southampton - Nathan Jones is a shocking appointment and they have zero quality in the squad bar the odd JWP free kick.

The Prem is the poorest quality in my lifetime. There are some truely dreadful players and teams.
Did anybody see that Leicester defender last night with his two OGs, an absolute pub player.
The Prem is filled up with lots of 100 mph athletes, and not many actual footballers. Players that just run around a lot, but cannot control a football to save their lives.

Been saying all year and been shouted down by a couple of United and Liverpool fans.
There are 10 pizz poor teams in this league - truly abysmal. I watched some of the Everton vs Wolves game the other week - I’ve seen better football down the park.

Take no notice of Pool and United fans, they try to make it sound like the Prem is the best league in the world, when we all know it is pretty poor. That said leagues all across Europe are poor as well.
The World Cup I thought was a very low standard, and that is why teams like Saudi Arabia were able to beat Argentina. And Morocco were able to make the semi final. No real stand out teams. Argentina were just the best of a bad bunch. France may have been better, but were missing a lot of key players.

It was, but I will admit I watched more than I thought I would. Maybe because I was indoors more than if it was a Summer World cup.

This is my three as well. I think Everton and Leeds will be in the mire till the end of the season though. Wolves have probably got enough to survive and Lopetegui might make the difference. I've been expecting West Ham to turn it around for a while now but it looks like they're in for a tough ride as well. Probably won't even be bottom six though.

I think you are better than at least 3 sides down there. Leeds score goals, that often makes the difference. Big game against West Ham mid week, that’s a must not lose.

The only look thing with Forest is they had that little up turn in form and there fans are 100% behind them in home games. Whereas Everton, Southampton, West Ham, Leicester - the fans are all faaacked off and I reckon the players can feel it on the pitch

WORLD CUP was a damned great competition.
Some of the best football I've seen in a long time.
And Kudos to Morocco and an idiot's cap to the Brazilian manager who placed Neymar at #5 in his penalty line up...so Neymar never got to take it!
Great pity because Argentina v Brazil would have been an even better final.
Now its back to slow motion mud wrestling in the EPL
