Apologies if you have known some of these rumours, but for the sake of the anyone who hasn't here are the transfer links with Spurs:
---------------------
Tottenham will battle it out with Chelsea to sign Sporting CP right-back Pedro Porro. It's understood that contact has been made over a deal with the former Manchester City defender a target for Antonio Conte.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has reported that Spurs have made contact with the player's intermediaries to complete the deal this month. The Portuguese giants have made it clear that only €45million (£40million) release clause will be enough to warrant a move.
It remains to be seen whether they will waver from that stance, however, and with plenty of time left in the window, there could be some twists and turns on the horizon.
-----------------
Tottenham Hotspur are one of the teams taking a close eye on the situation of Youssoufa Moukoko
That’s according to 90min, who claim that Borussia Dortmund are struggling to reach an agreement over a new contract, meaning it has become ‘increasingly likely’ that the 18-year-old will leave the club in 2023.
It’s thought that the teenager would like a new deal worth €200k-per-week (£175k) but the Bundesliga side have only offered around half that, a package similar to that of summer signing Karim Adeyemi.
-----------------------
Speaking in an interview with CalcioNapoli24, Angers president Said Chabane has refused to rule out an exit for Tottenham Hotspur-linked Moroccan midfielder Azzedine Ounahi.
A player little-known before the recently concluded World Cup in Qatar, Ounahi impressed to such an extent in the tournament that he has been linked with so many top clubs in recent weeks.
---------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail has suggested that Trossard could be tempted to join Spurs. But it seems that a move to their Premier League rivals Newcastle may be more likely.
All from the tinternet -- nothing confirmed as ever with Levy -- it is looking like going down to the wire

*Titty is man behind the approach. Levy writes the cheques
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Unfortunately those fa cking cheques are always a few bob short of what he was asked to write
Levy is a perennial loser and his mentality has spread through our great club over he last 20 years like a cancer.
Even sugar won as many trophies as levy.
I want spurs back to being a club that wins again. Not just has a pretty stadium half the population can’t afford to go too.
Enic are khants.

Ali G saying yday Porro needs to be paid in full which is causing the delay. Most transfers fees are spread over the course of the contract. Need to sell one of the rights backs and there has been interest in Royal for a loan move from Spain and Italy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
From Ali G:
“I’ve had some of them, a couple, have suggested that they think Porro is a smokescreen for another transfer. But I’ve also had other ones say ‘no, Porro is Spurs’ main target’.
Make what you will of this -- remember Levy is behind every Spurs approach!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Probably Levy looking for a cheaper alternative as per usual

Gold is the king of ambiguity. You can sit through an hour of his turgid videos and still be no better off in terms of solid info than you were at the beginning.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeh he beats around the bush a lot doesn’t he.

More details from Porro approach
Italian journalist Rudy Galetti claims Tottenham have an ‘agreement in principle’ with Sporting Lisbon right-back Pedro Porro
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's from a while back. We never have much of an issue with having an agreement in principle with the player. The biggest issue is the selling club. Same old story.
This is why it's so staggering that there's a real split when it comes to the potential Qatari investment. I've had enough of Levy's penny pinching and delays. So much so that I'm willing to take Qatari money to get us moving. Why should we live in perpetual misery with no trophies to speak of when they'll just find another club to use their blood money on. The government have just signed a deal with the middle east for fuel. It's happening everywhere. If we stop them investing, we'll be left behind.
The tragedy is about the Porro deal is that if Chelsea truly wanted him, they'd have him in a heartbeat. That's the difference between the two clubs. I'm so sick of the way our club operate. Levy likes the game too much. He enjoys the game of poker to see who blinks first but his delays feck things up time and again.

very true...sadly....The plight of Spurs fans every transfer window.
