Think if we go down he'll see it as a he tried thing!..
If he keeps us up he gets a nice bonus and a big possibility he'll be here for the future!..
Just like us I cant see him wanting anything less than doing his best!..

I think he feels he can't believe he got the manager's post at LEEDS UNITED which is awesome, he's in shock, can't blame him for being nervous ! Wish him the best.

He's managed at this level before as well as at Valencia and various other teams.
You might think this is some super dooper privilege, cause your a fan, but for Garcia it's just another job.
All things considered I'm as happy as I can be given the situation, think it's a good appointment, but let's not delude ourselves into thinking a guy who has been in football his whole life and managed at the very top in two countries is somehow scared to be here

I think some think jobs outside the Premier league ain't a big job!..
Mind, top people outside the Premier league get the highest paid jobs in the premier league, surely they're not worth what they're getting?..

I was perfectly content with how Gracia conducted himself and I didn't think he looked nervous at all so I've no idea how others can draw that conclusion to be honest.
Irrespective of that he certainly has the skills required to drag us out of this mess and he will be highly regarded and much sort after by so called bigger clubs than us if he succeeds in saving our bacon.
We are in deep deep shyytte though and have been so badly run this last few months that God Almighty would have his work cut out in reserecting us.
We can but only hope tomorrow is where our recovery begins and if Gracia isn't very out going or one for cracking jokes and being all pally with the press I really couldn't care less so long as Leeds keep getting good results.

Nicely said, Macca. It’s his first presser after a whirlwind of a week. All of his energy has gone into the team. No-one remembers a presser, but everyone remembers a result. Vamos Gracia!

Looked like a rabbit caught in headlights.
Nervous smiles. Nervous manner.
Did not give injury news - i am reading he cannot remember the names of the players from his answer.
The last time I thought this bloke cannot be a football manager was Bielsa though. Frumpy fat old bloke walking around the training ground and i thought what have we here. Lets hope behind the gappy smile and constant shakes is a football genius.

Seems like a nice guy. My takeaways,
1. he reckons the team plays well just needs a result to kick start the season. I wouldn’t argue with that. We need to shin one in while the opposition miss a few sitters for a change.
2. Thinks we need to tighten up defensively. TBH in our PL games this year under marsch we offered hardly any chances up. Just sides took them when we did. So be interesting to see what he does differently.
Whichever, I’d expect largely the same but for us to be a bit more conservative under him.
If a change of face helps paddy’s shooting, then great. Fingers crossed.
