Read it in a couple of places this am that the club are very interested in approaching Kompany. I didn't realize but his big mate Yaya is managing one of the youth teams at Spurs.
I would love Kompany at Spurs, I flagged him as a good candidate a few months ago. Whether he would come or whether he's holding out for Peps job is another story.
What's he's done at Burnley, both in terms of results and changing their style of play has been incredibly impressive.
I'd rather give him a try that some of the Chelsea rejects or other foreign coaches with no PL experience that are being talked up.
