Don’t get the Stellini thing when Nagelsmann is right there. Taking a risk if they’re planning to wait until the summer to get him as Potter might be gone by then and they’ll have no chance at Nagelsmann

Think Nagelsmann might be put off by the way Boehly treated Tuchel, especially as he has just had similar with Bayern.

I suspect Nagelsmann I holding on as both the Real Madrid and PSG jobs are available in the summer - that’s where he is likely to head

The premier League is the place to be at the moment.

Every single club is guaranteed at least £120m a season before a single ball is kicked or ticket is sold.

That's why elite managers like Ancelloti are prepared to bet their entire reputations on clubs like Everton.

I don't think anything precludes an earlier appointment if we get someone lined up. The search needs to be proper, and managers will have their own agendas, which may make a decision now, unlikely. Especially when the Madrid and PSG jobs are likely up this summer.

Could be, I’d assumed that because Potter’s sacking isn’t a certainty Spurs could have tempted him in the mean time.

I guess he might also want a bit of time to digest the Bayern sacking

Spurs defence is poor, I can't really see a bounce. Now that I've said this Spurs will definitely keep a clean sheet against us when we play them
