Hoping it’s an interim cheerleading role rather than perm…

Now watch you beat us now.

Meh.
I wasn't impressed by him at Leeds, not surprised he was sacked and don't see him keeping us up.
If he gets appointed then he deserves a chance I suppose.
Disappointed by the management. If they'd acted at the right time we could have done better, I suppose this is an indication of how far we've fallen.
To show how desperate the management is, one thing they've done today is bring back the clappers!
The team today looks dire. Amartey in for Souttar ffs! Soumare starts! At least the interim managers are trying to ensure there's no question about them staying in charge. I hope I'm wrong about this game because I see us losing.

He's nobody's first choice and it will probably end up being a terrible appointment but if it's to be him, then so be it. The reaction from Leeds fans is obviously worrying but we should give him a fair shot to show what he can do.
The best we can hope for is that he does a similar job to Puel and leaves us in a better place than he finds us. Shouldn't be that difficult considering the mess Rodgers and Top have left for him to sort out.
The good news is that if he's still here in 3 years, he'll have either done an average-decent job, or we're too broke to sack him. Excited to find out which!

Yep, this sums it up really. The delay in sacking Rodgers has meant all the decent options have gone elsewhere or won't commit, so we're stuck with the cast-offs. If we go down, it won't be because of Marsch, it'll be because of Rodgers, and ultimately Top for keeping faith in him.
At least this appointment will likely kill off the 'Leicester are still a really well run club" media myth...

It’s unbelievable how it’s got to this point. Keeping Rodgers for so long and then sacking him with no one lined up with 10 games left. The relegation is on no one’s shoulders but Top - no one else is responsible for this

Cannot see this working at all.
It’s so easy for opposition to defend against hsi tactics. Only way of creating a chance is to win the ball high. But lower sides just clear the ball quickly and nullify that.
Expect Maddison and Barnes to have no space to play in with the stupid narrow tactics.
Also the press leaves a huge gap between midfield and defence. And full backs left so exposed by giving so much space to opposition wide players. A simple switch splits his tactics wide open.
The only time his tactics were a positive was against sides out of fork but too arrogant to play over the press and determined to try to play through. See results against Liverpool away and Chelsea home this season. Had they just gone more direct or playing closer to their true ability we wouldn’t have stood a chance.
We stayed up despite him last season.
Good luck.
