Moving in the right direction ?

With imminent confirmation that Poch & his back room staff will be taking over, can we begin to believe the torrid time the club has been going through over the 17 months since Dec 2021, is coming to an end ?

Personally i hope this decision to bring Poch in is the first steps for the owners in regard to a better thought out strategy process.

Poch does know what he is doing, i believe that if he can trim the squad and mould it into his own vision as the team progresses he will be backed.

First the club needs to move 10+ players off the books, this will come at cost , but all of the players are attractive saleable players.

The issue of their wages will get off set with the price they are sold for.
The club will have to take that hit.

We do need at least a striker & a midfielder

Lukaku will he return & start to be the player he has the potential to be ?

Will Harry opt to cross London and reunite with the manager he had best days with ?

Will Declan come back to the club which nurtured him ?

Fantasy stuff who knows.

All i wish for is a steady finish to the season , win lose or draw no problem.

Poch gets the squad he wants to work with , players who want give everything for the club.

And we start next season as potential top four candidates.

Finally a big thank you to Frank Lampard who once again put his all on line for the best interests of the club over his own.
