Wahahaha that’s grim.

In fairness though, I wasn’t excited by him for the YouTube reels (which we know are ridiculously positive) but there’s some amount of positivity around him.

I’m buzzing anyway, season ticket back with so many new players to see.

If we’re 20 behind by March I’ll have a very different view but it’s great from our perspective just now, mind we went so long with very few first team additions.

Interesting season ahead not really seen anything from matches in japan to indicate hiw brendan is going to set us up as far as shape or indeed starting 11? 1 striker or 2 ?If 2 which 2 ? Who will be our CMs or wingers? .O e thing is certain we are well short of CL quality ,let's see who comes in if anyone???

He'll almost certainly play a 3-4-3 again. He calls the 4 a box rather than a diamond - subtle in so far as it is supposed to offer more width higher up the park to link with the front 3.

Today we saw Tomoki and Taylor way inverted per last year. Chances are he is trying stuff out but bottom line is he is an analyst and man manager convincing players he knows how games will go and how we will deal with it. When it goes as predicted it gives them that confidence that the solution will be effective.

He's stubborn about not playing a system he hasn't coached so the extra time without euro qualifiers and the winter break are important to him. Remember he supposedly funded the first winter Dubai trip out his own pocket. I think pistol was embarrassed into the rest aftr we came back firing.
