Nonsense post. Man City are probably one of the best teams to ever play the game. They are relentless.

No shame being the 2nd best in the country again as long as we show some progress and maybe go far in the CL (which is probably easier to win than the Prem at the moment)

You would be favourites if City didn’t exist. Unfortunately they do and nobody else can compete.

This is true, Arsenal are the 2nd best team in the PL, no shame in being 2nd to this City side under Pep, he’s just the best manager out there, by a distance

The amount of money he has spent this season he has to be winning one of the big 2 trophies

I think some of our fans need to calm down. Massive challenge this season in trying to maintain our league form, as well as not embarrassing ourselves in the CL. As it stands last season was a blip from our form over the last 5 - 10yrs. We need to prove it wasn't just a flash in the pan and that we're still on an upward curve.

Money spent means nothing - just look at Utd and Chelsea. It's about balancing the use of the squad throughout the season. Arteta struggled with this last season.

Minimum expectation for me is consolidate top 4 and qualify from the groups of the CL. A domestic cup would be excellent.
