Just seen that KDB has done his hamstring again (same place as the CL final). Massive blow for them and has to be a concern for the player to do his hamstring in the same place just a few months apart. I suspect he'll be out even longer this time and it could be an ongoing problem for him. Not ideal to start picking up those injuries in your 30's!

Good news for the chasing pack this season though.

Absolutely. Don’t wish ill on such a superb player like KDB despite who he plays for but as a United fan I would be happy if he doesn’t feature prominently going forward.

He’s already established himself as one of the best midfielders the premier league has ever seen. But it would be a shame if he were plagued with injuries in his final few years, from a pure footballing perspective.

As for Haaland as 1982 says it’s very early days. BUT that’s also exactly the point, it’s the first game and he’s already smashing it; the guy is a beast.

If we’re all honest, he’s clearly currently running at a prime Messi / Ronaldo level goal-wise. Not as special as them, but an improved RVN lethality for sure.

Wasn't he going to beat Dixie Dean's 60 goals record last aeason. In the end he never even beat Jimmy Greaves 37 and 41 goal single season top flight records he holds for Spurs and Chelsea.

KdB injury at his age is a big deal I reckon. While they have an abundance of quality they don’t have someone who can replicate what he does so he’s gonna be hugely missed. I’m sure Pep has already thought about how to play without him and they’re probably getting Paqueta but not the same.
