Don’t underestimate the positive effect of no Eric Dire in the line up - I think that’s had a massive effect

Why cannot fans just get behind the team without having a biitch about the likes if Dier and Levy. Move on, look forward.

The whole team bar Kane stank last season and that was down to individuals but clearly also the manager.

Delighted with the progress so far. Enjoying how we are playing. Can see small details that need to be worked on and all of this while we have been almost carrying Richarlison. He needs more time because it ain't easy to step into Kane shoes but he isn't even doing the simple things well right now.

Enjoying the youthfulness of the team and even enjoying seeing PEH come on and bring some calm and experience to close out games (never thought I'd say that). It's a nice balance right now. Bentacur back, a back up CB and another forward and we look good.

The early signs are good (they were last season also), and I like the way Ange talks, but I won`t be falling into the trap and looking too far ahead.

We are an injury or suspension away from having Sanchez or Dier lining up in defense and have strikers who are not scoring goals.

Ideally we bring in another quality CB, capable of playing on either side, a CF and an upgrade on Hojbjerg if he is sold.

It’s very simple like Tarricco said - we’ve been here before.

Not buying another CB means Sanchez or Dier at some point this season.

I get your point Devon about looking forward and enjoying, I see this slightly differently though - it looks like Levy has stumbled on gold again like he did with Poch - I hope he has faaacking learnt his lessons this time around

Enjoy the foooking moment. If you want to caveat every positive with misery then so be it. You want to write off 23 years as failure by the ownership then go ahead. It ain't true.

Let's see what we get this window and judge whether it's enough as the season progresses.
