If you read the above article you will see that the Accrington Stanley owner is really so fed up with everything at the club that he wants to sell it. It is hardly an attractive proposition and it is not obvious what motivated him to buy it in the first place. What distinguishes him from most owners is that he is shrewd enough not to have sacked the very competent manager, John Coleman, even if he he does not get on with him either.
Presumably it is largely fan discontent that has prompted the crisis. Relegation after several seasons in League 1 may have disappointed them, but with the lowest gates and the immense competition of larger clubs around them, you could have some difficulty in establishing a case for their presence in League 2, let alone League 1.
Given that economic background, success in the FA Cup is probably more important to them than most of the clubs still competing, so they are likely to come to win. We will see our erstwhile unsuccessful Birmingham City loanee, Josh Andrews amongst their ranks and (conceivably due to more expert coaching) he is now a useful goal scorer for them with a point to prove!
They have a good away record, particularly recently and currently occupy the final play-off place.
Rovers will have to be at their very best to win and I think we could lose by 1-2 (Anderson/Ironside)
