Only 2-0 then.
I know City had a mid-week game, but what a performance by Forest. We should have had a couple of goals.
City:
The Good: The change in formation suited. Not sure we need to play the same v S.United though! Aina was superb.
The Bad: Williams injured. Hopefully it’s not that serious.
The Ugly: Wood’s finishing. Not a great time to go through a bad run of form.
Special Mention(s): VAR…or lack of it.
The Last Time we played S.United (H) A 2-1 Win!! Big T with the early goal and the late finish by Wood.
Turner
Boly Worrall McKenna
Aurier Danilo Mangala Williams
Johnson
Awoniyi
MGW
Proposed Line-up:
Sels
Montiel Boly Niakhate Murillo Aina
Danilo MGW
Elanga Wood CHO
Subs:
Turner, Omobamidele, Tavares, Toffolo, Sangare, Yates, Reyna, Awoniyi, Origi
Injuries: Dominguez and Williams the only doubts.
Form:
S.United (H) - W0 D2 L4 GF6 GA25 - 20th (20th in the Home Form table)
Forest (A) - W0 D2 L4 GF5 GA12 - 17th (18th in the Away Form table)
25 goals conceded!!
Prediction:
A must-win game for Forest against an old foe.
3-1 to Forest (Wood hat-trick).
Final Words:
Win this and we’re nearly safe. Don’t fluff it up Forest!

Not the best performance, but job done.
Another rare away win and a very valuable one

3 points was the most important thing today, but a performance would also have been useful.
It will probably be enough to keep us up to struggle for another season, but there has been NO real progression. I don’t see Nuno being in charge at the beginning of next season.

Big winners of this weekend - Forest
Big losers - sheep fans desperate for Forest to be relegated (I'm sure Igor was desperate to troll us today ) + Luton + Bournemouth fans with their irrational dislike of Forest.

Very very important win today
sheep need to get back in the sheep dip.

3 cracking goals today in an ok performance.
I can’t see Luton beating West Ham (A) or Burnley beating Spurs (A).
I think we’ll get 1-2 points back and a Luton draw will see us safe before the 5:30 kick-off.
Derby promoted!
Huddersfield and Sheffield United relegated.
Liverpool not getting the quadruple, triple or double.
Leeds to blow the play-offs?

Yesterday was a big step forward, everything crossed we confirmed safe by the end of Saturday next week.
Derby promoted! - fair enough! When you look at their average league position over this century they probably are a mid travel championship team
Huddersfield and Sheffield United relegated. - both clubs probably at the level they belong also
Liverpool not getting the quadruple, triple or double. - may impact on tourism in the North West of England but no issue here
Leeds to blow the play-offs? - to get 90 points and blow it in the playoffs would be epic behavior

Derby promoted - pretty much where they belong, playing second-tier football.
