I'm generally adverse to coaches

micro-managing (gifted) footballers on the field of play..
Killing their flow, freedom, ingenuity but I've come to the conclusion that Mudryk is one exception / example of a player that requires intensive micro-managing from the head-coach (probably why he worked well under De Zerbi).

The football language doesn't resonate up in the dome, off the cuff moves doesn't come naturally to him.
Doesn't understand the game and principles of football well enough

Jackson repeatedly having to instruct Mudryk to make incisive runs (or hold position) is indicative of that and not a particularly good look on Mudryk. Especially when Mudryk is so quick and can't be caught in a footrace, should know when to always make runs. Football is simple, make darting runs or create separation...greater chance of scoring.

On a side note, makings of a strong leader in Jackson.

For avoidance of doubt, not me advocating De Zerbi takeover.

The last thing Chelsea need is another change. Poch is starting to look a little leaner - always a good sign, I think his confidence is coming back.

If you lot get the Conference place then it should really be down to yourselves or Napoli to win that next year

De Zerbi would be ANOTHER step backwards. Last time I looked at the table, they were below us, despite a "good" season. We must learn from out Potter mistake, it's horses for courses. The pressures of managing a "big" club are far more than those at a club which espects mid-table mediocrity with possible European football. Chelsea are trying to build something bigger and return to the elite 4 or 5 clubs in the league.

Lack of comprehension still a problem I see.

Let me make it clearer...De Zerbi isn't one I'd pick to manage this club.
I have one in mind, currently manages in the Bundesliga, has a release clause and it isn't Alonso or Tuchel!
