apart from the fact they call US plastic mancs that i find REALLY funny, it appears the wigan fans think this is THE game of the season for them....funny because i look forward to blackburn more, a proper lancs derby with 2 teams with real fans and a real atmoshphere home or away.
wigan away is only fun because we take over their stadium every season
apart from that they are a nothing club to me, lets get them beat and move onwards and upwards....
COYWM!!!!
wigan away and bitter burnley fans...

To be honest Moses, I don't really care if it gets to you. Don't jump to conclusions. Ask for clarification first, before getting all menstrual. It's not a difficult concept.
Rowbot, hope your mummy tucked you in and kissed your forehead. xx

Oh, CC. This is getting silly. If all you can come back with is childish remarks like that then therr really is no point trying to converse with you.
You always think you are right mate. Then you harp on about respecting otherwise opinions and views. You are such a hypocrite it is unbelievable. When questioned you get very defensive and your argument becomes obscure.
You can't change your argument so many times to make it look like you are always right. People on this board aren't as stupid as you seem to think.
You wouldn't have been made to look such a fool if you had just admitted that you got it wrong. Nobody would have laughed at you. In fact, nobody would have batted an eye lid.
Keep that in mind

Get to is the wrong word, slightly annoy is more appropriate .....

Guys, it's threads like this that give fuel to rival fans and wums.
I was born in Townleys in 1969, therefore i am a Boltonian. As Bolton was in Lancashire in 1969, i am therefore a Lancastrian. After the boundaries were changed, i happened to move to Belmont Village. Strangely, Belmont has a bl postcode and 01204 telephone std. But i paid my council tax to Blackburn with Darwen Council. Belmont is in Lancashire.
I now live in Preston - again in Lancashire. I AM a Lancastrian. My brother lives in Singapore, and guess what he is also a Lancastrian.
Bolton may now be in Gtr Manc, but boundaries can and prob will change again in the future. I believe you are what you were born as.
Hope this helps.

Morning, CEF
As I have previously stated, my arguement isn't about locality, it is simple Crazy Campos arrogant responses that I take issue with.
He seems to think he knows it all when he clearly doesn't

Morning Rowbot. I understand that you are taking issue with the way CC expressed his viewpoint. But the original discussion was about locality.
As someone else mentioned, written word is easy to misunderstand, and it is difficult to express sarcasm on here.
I'd give CC the benefit of the doubt, as he is obviously passionate about his lancastrian roots. As am i.
We are Boltonians and shouldn't be having petty discussions. Lets get back to football, and get 3 points on Saturday.

I realise I went off topic but I thought it was worth questioning CC about the issue as he seemed to change his mind. I also generally don't like his tone and I want to be there when he ever admits wheb he is wrong.
Anyway, yes 3 points. Should be a doddle.

Rowbot, you do make me giggle. You believe that it's possible for someone to not know we have been reclassified as Greater Manchester. I bet you're a barrel of laughs in real life.
There's nothing for me to get defensive about, I've fully explained the situation. Feel free to continue your crusade though.
It's hilarious how you claim it's difficult to detect sarcasm, yet you clearly know the exact 'tone' with which my comments are written. Great logic.
CEF, thank-you for the common sense approach. Like you said, it's all about pride. I understand sarcasm is difficult to detect, that's why I told HH immediately that I wasn't serious. Like you said though, onwards to Saturday!

Wrong and i'll tell you why.
I have never claimed that it is difficult to detect sarcasm.
You are arrogant anr obnoxious. Anyway, I will leave you now. I bet you have the last word tho...

And you are easily angered and consider yourself to be the JA606 police.
If its not difficult for you to detect sarcasm, there's no justification for you jumping in to this. After all, you make a big deal about my 'Incorrect' comment, but before you could get involved I had also said:
'Sorry HH, I simply refuse to accept that. Any Bolton fan should do the same.'
'I'm aware of what the official line is, but Bolton is still in Lancashire. IMO.'
'I'm the same way, SKA.
That rhymed!'
In response to SKA saying:
'I don't believe in Greater Manchester. I live in Bury but sign all letters with Lancashire. My little way to stick two fingers up to the people who decided to break Lancashire up. '
Numerous other people clearly understand what took place, yet your dislike for me clouds your judgement. If I'm arrogant and obnoxious, filter me. It really isn't difficult. I've laid out the timeline for you, please try and understand you just misunderstood the situation.
And you will be back on this thread. You're fooling no-one. Unless you want to stick to your word, like a man.
