More changes than I anticipated...

Still got the job done comfortably. Pleasantly surprised.

More than anything it was a ballsy line-up, Maresca earned himself a lot of goodwill for that. The only negative was keeping Caicedo on the pitch... game was done early, the most important player made to play the full match when we've got Spurs next, not good. Had an injury scare late in the match.

Maybe would have been a little different as a contest if Southampton had key players available or might have turned out exactly the same with them in the lineup🤷‍♂️
Maresca knows how to achieve emphatic wins against Russell Martin sides (defeated them 5-0 & 4-1..home and away last season), got his number that's for sure.
