Think the Carabao cup should include the Scottish teams and be a British cup. Celtic and Rangers should be in the prem imo, prem sized clubs for sure.

I do think, always have, that the 2 big sides in Scotland would generate enormous turnover with TV money, advertising etc ... if they got accepted in the prem (or english leagues). they've both got global fanbases and would attract a lot of interest.

For me it's the reason why the "big" sides would never want them anywhere near, they'd be (over time) a threat to the CL positions and trophies/revenues.
