On to the NLD then......

Both teams we will be feeling the affects of ET in their respective FA games.

Both teams have injuries and a clown up top. Werner and Harvetz.

Both teams have fans who want their manager out 😂

Both teams have fractions of weapons in their fanbase.

Feel like its going to be a sluggish game.

Up the Spurs.

We probably have more injuries than spurs now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
According to Physionroom, Spurs 9 and Arsenal 7.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

5 of ours are first team starters. They are missing White Gab Saka.

We're missing 5 starters and have done for about 2 months

Winning is far more important to us than it is to Spurs - so should win by at least 2.

Why is it more important to Arsenal?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because we are fighting for the title (in theory anyway) and Spurs are fighting for erm.....?

I think whatever the injuries on both teams, whatever the league positions etc etc this game will ALWAYS mean a load to both teams fans and hopefully the players and manager?

The good thing about these kinda games, and this is worldwide and all teams who have huge rivalries or derbies form can often fly out the window and the result can be a lottery

Soz mate. hopefully you get a 10th place trophy. Not sure what that would look like maybe an old McDonald's milkshake cardboard cup with "Spurs are grate" written on it in felt tip ?

I hear this said a lot - almost as a kind of catch-all comment for all football derbies. In actual fact, Arsenal historically do very well at home to Spurs regardless of form, or any other factor. Same as Everton when they play Liverpool and 10-15 years ago City v Man U.

Fans make it special but the results are pretty easy to predict. Having said that, we'll probably lose 0-4 now

With it being a night game, I think something dramatic will happen. Can't call this game one bit. Both teams under strengthened and probably tired from Sunday = chaos.

that's a certainty now Dan, I just think if the two teams weren't close rivals with current form I'd take Arsenal 9/10 but I RARELY have a bet on similar matches, get burnt

We’ve won once at their gaff in the league - our form in this fixture is absolutely pony.

If we were at home, maybe, although we’ve lost that one 3 times on the trot now as well

I was somewhat encouraged by the performances against Liverpool and Newcastle. Although the Tamworth game brought me back home to Earth a little bit. So if there is any hope it's that we weren't as rubbish as we usually have been in 2 of the last 3 games, who were also against top of the table opposition. Arsenal suffering without Saka as well.

Do I think we'll win? No, but a draw could or should be a realistic possibility and if we do that then it's our best result in the league for a while.
