That didn't even feel like a derby!

Abject performance, did not even get out of our half the first 20 minutes.

I did not see any game intelligence from any of our players.

Putting hands on the Arsenal players and pushing them or going into them when that was exactly what they were looking for.

We got a undeserved goal and could have scored another before that too. Crazy to even think.

Sad thing is Arsenal didn't even look like such a great team.

Sad to say it looks like both Villa & Newcastle have better squads than us now. How did that even happen??!!

Ange is definitely on thin ice now. If we hadn't beaten Liverpool, even if the board say they are backing him I reckon the panick would set in and they pull the trigger

11 league defeats in 21 games now.

Ryan Mason 'til the end of the season it's is then lads!

Sorry Devonshire & Sandy how can I stay positive after that showing.

What are you positives?

Worth reserving a lot of the blame for Levy as well as Ange. Terrible decisions with flip-flopping on previous managers, wildly poor spending and a real lack of ambition to reshape the squad with quality. 4 years ago, Arsenal were worse than us. They spent big and look at the difference. I don’t know why we have to do it differently to them. Why can they go out and buy Rice and these big name players but we have to take punts in really cheap young players? There are no guarantees it’ll pay off and with a real lack of leadership or experience within the squad, those young players have no top class professional help to guide them.

Levy is ultimately responsible for all of it. Ange is just the latest mug on the conveyor belt. Although he plays the kind of football you can only play with the best players in the league. It’s a complete mismatch. He doesn’t know it, but he’s 100% a cheque book manager because he doesn’t have a pragmatic bone in his body. IT DOESNT WORK WITH SHIIIIIT PLAYERS.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

And yet Spurs still have a better chance of lifting silverware this seaosn than Arsenal. Arsenal aint winning the Prem or the CL, and they are as good as out of both domestic cup competitions.

Spurs season gets going in February whilst still being involved in three cup competitions.

The season is not defined in February, but in May. Fridge come back then, and we will see where the season ends.

Bottom 6 and no cups if we stick with this oaf

Thank you Nostradamus for predicting what will happen come May.

And this is the problem with you're measure of what constitutes success. If we win the League Cup and finish 17th, by any measure, that's catastrophic. The league is the truest measure of your progress as a club because it's drawn out over the longest period so, just as in 2008, winning a League Cup means absolutely nothing if you're in a relegation battle.

This is what you do though Sandy. You chastise a manager for not winning us anything, despite us actually being in the title race for a few years, and potentially praise the one that nearly gets us relegated, all for one tin pot. It's staggeringly stupid.

We saw with ETH, you can win a cup and finish 8/9th - the same problems will remain the following season.

If we were bobbing along in 9/10th with with a further 8 ish points, then I would be fine waiting until the end of the season or until we’re out of the cups. But I’m expecting a max of 5 points from our next 6 league games, I’m expecting to get routed at Anfield, I’m expecting us to not finish top 8 in Europe and therefore have to play the additional round.

I just can’t see what we’re remaining patient for

Winning a cup is better than winning nothing. I don't give two gigs about finishing top four. Spurs need a trophy. Not a top four trophy. Arsenal are happy to do that.

Staggeringly stupid is Sandy’s forte, if he could bottle it and people wanted to buy it, he would be a billionaire, could buy the club, pick himself as manager, relegate us to div 2 whilst winning whatever the johstons paint campervan vase is called these days and claim winning silverware means being in league 2 doesn’t matter

What are you seeing formwise that gives you so much positivity???

Even Tamworth was a near miss.

If we all just waited until the end of every season before deciding if it was a success or not that's just stupid.

That's not how football works.

Otherwise there would be no managerial sackings throughout the season???

If that's your definition of "bed wetting" so be it.
